Altador PLOT (Done-Prizes!) [80th Split]

just a question but is it to late to join in on the altador plot , I mean can you still win and get prizes because I couldn't figure out those dammed cordinates

Water Plant of Doom is correct! I started the plot way after it was finished. When I got to the Water Plant I tried everything for a couple of hours straight. Then I avoided the whole area of Altador for about a week. Then tried The Mad Plumber Wizard and got it within 5 minutes. So Thanks very much Anjuna!

I'm sorry about the people who worked really hard and rushed and were disapointed, but I have to say I'm relieved that I can still get that gorgeous sidebar. A nice sidebar is worth a lot to me. Think of how much I paid to get the Valentine's sidebar. And the trophy is pretty. I usually miss these things.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped me. I started the plot at the beginning, but got stuck on that stupid water plant. After spending days on it I gave up. Today I used the suggestion here and finally got it and completed the plot.

The bandages are a small spot on the blob's bottom right foot -- just a little extra bit of bandage compared to how it usually looks. If you're not sure, try tabbing through every time until something is clickable. Sorry I can't be more specific; it's been a while.

It's really really important that when you do all of this that you have done all of the steps up to going to the tomb and seeing the pattern on the door light up. Then you go to the archives and talk to the Lenny. And then back to the telescope to let the data update.

Then use the link on the Boomspeed page to copy the coordinates of all of your stars. Ctrl +A to highlight and Ctrl + C to copy, then go to the Boomspeed page and in the white space paste the numbers in. If you hit the 50% button your stars will be on the screen.

Since you have gotten your first clue, you are trying to match up the pattern (that you get when you select "guide" above the star chart that the Boomspeed page made for you. You are trying to match it up to where it is in the stars that it mapped.


Once you have found the pattern you were looking for on the Boomspeed page then you go to the telescope and connect the stars that are supposed to be connected and submit it.

One thing you must remember, like it says on the page,
IMPORTANT!!!!!! READ THIS!!!!!! The guide DOES NOT appear on your constellation, it simply appears somewhere, you have to move it around until you find six stars that fit into the six circles!

First, click here. A bunch of numbers will load. These are the coordinates to all the stars you see through your telescope. Ctrl + A to select all, and copy them, then paste them in the white box in the Boomspeed page. Click on 100%, or 50%, or any of the buttons below the box, really.

A star map should appear below. The map basically shows you all the stars you can see in your telescope back on Neopets, just all at one go. Since you have the pattern for the constellation you need to find, you now have to find the six stars on that map which match.

On the Boomspeed page, right above the star map, there is an option to check "Show Guide". If you check it, six interconnected circles will appear. That is the constellation shape. You move it round your map and use it to help you find your constellation by finding the stars that fit exactly inside the circles.

When you find it on your map, all you have to do is find the stars through your telescope. You can use the coordinates provided on the Boomspeed page (if you hover over a star it shows the star's coords) and match to the stars on the Neopets page.

Before you click on the link to get all your coordinates, though, always remember to go to your telescope first, then refresh the link page. The stars will move after each constellation is found, and by revisiting the 'scope and refreshing the page you get your updated coordinates. If you don't, you may not be able to find a match for the next constellation.

OMG me too! I started it a couple of weeks ago, spent HOURS on the water plant, gave up for a week, came back for one last try, and did it in two minutes. With a combination I'd already tried (I'd gotten so desperate I was writing down everything I tried). You don't even know how surprised I was to see that new messeage at the bottom.

I'm new around here. I have been reading the posts for a while but this is the first time I actually participate.

After much insisting from my boyfriend I have started the Altador Plot, but I'm stuck with the little Vaeolus! argh!!!!!!!
I've tried everything! Read like 10 different guides, done it several ways! and nothing the darn bird is still sick!!!
What can I be doing wrong? Any suggestions?

i don't really want to go through the 80 different splits but what are the best prizes have people recieved so far? because it just seems like we're all getting crappy prizes for working so hard on something =[

Most of the prizes are repeated, so even if they were slightly rare to begin with, they've fallen somewhat.

sweetdevotion, would you mind giving an example of what you're supposed to do? I kindof assume you've gotten all the things needed.

When I did it, I would "check in" at around xx:xx:05, then do the required action. After you do the action, immediately click "check in" again. At the next minutes, xx:xx:05, click check in again. Don't click check in between your post-treatment check and the next minute's.

I'm not too sure what exactly you're having trouble with, but that's the main gist of how to do it.
