FYI, anyone that doesn't want to use the Toolbar or IE or FF just for Tarla (I use Avant, haha, and I have gotten several of Tarla's prizes) you may simply refresh the URL of the Alert, as someone suggested earlier.
Yes I have been using it and only it and I can get prizes most definately.

Perhaps Scott-mod can add this link to the first post, with the indication the toolbar is NOT necessary to get Tarla's prizes.
I basically just refresh this page whenever I have those "itchy hands" from not working on something or refreshing a page, so whether I am on PPT or Neopets or both, I just treat it sort of like another kind of IGS.

the tarla's dropped random items was too tempting.. so I reinstalled the toolbar.
mini-public-service-announcement: last time I used it, it crashed my browser a lot and slowed everything down, but this time I just disabled the built-in pop-up blocker and I've had no problems at all.. I think maybe it was clashing with my google toolbar pop-up blocker.. so yeh. if anyone else is having trouble with it making things slow and crashing browsers etc, try that.
