You get to the cave by going to Sophie's place, and then clicking the buttons at the botton. (flee, etc.) Soo, any clue what to do now? The items seem to be a mirror, lamp, chair, trash, and key. And an unmovable table and chest. Do the lighter spots have any importance, or the monster that sends you to a random place in the cave? If the key opens the trunk, then I don't know how it does it.

Can anyone pick up the chest or the table? I'm thinking we open the chest somehow but there seems to be no lock for the key.

I found a table, but I can't pick it up.

So far, I have found (that seem relevant) a key and a trunk. The trunk cannot be picked up, and nothing seems to happen when trying to put the key down by the trunk.

I have also found a mirror, table, chair, lamppost, and pile of rubbish.

To make things more interesting, we are randomly chased by something scary to another part of the cave.

You can use the trash to make the monster dizzy (see my post of previous page).. i think that has something to do with the whole following thing.

I've gotten that several times

I wanted to put all the items I found into one room as well, but I am in a room and I put down the mirror next to a chair. Now I can't get to any of the other rooms in the cave. When I try to leave the room I am in, it just keeps showing the same room I am in. I can't get back to the room with the lamp post. I never found a key or a chest. Now it seems like I am just stuck with this area of the cave, and I can't get it to go back to where I was before. I tried leaving the world and coming back and going back into the cave, but I still end up in the room with a chair and mirror in it. I can't visit the rest of the cave anymore. I guess I messed up for good.

if your in the room with a pile of rubbish and something's following you it will eat the rubbish and wander off into a different part of the cave. didn'tget the exact quotes of it

The mysterious, hulking creature stops and sniffs at the pile of rotten food on the floor. It picks up the food and eats it.

It seems to have an odd effect on the creature -- it's gotten all dizzy! It careens around the room.


After a moment, the creature shakes off its dizziness and flees into another part of the cave!

Movable items: chair, lamp, mirror, rubbish, key.
Immovable: table and chest.

Well, I tried placing the mirror in the two lighted sections and nothing happened. Although, when I put down my bit of rotten food the monster came, ate it, got dizzy and left me alone. All in text though, no pictures.
