I was able to get treats from all but one of the links...so far, I haven't been able to get a double batch.

No, it was actually the link for the Halloween Scratch Cards that didn't work for me

Well, finally managed to get mine.
That's really frustrating about the whole 'to-the-hour' thing, especially as I'm sure that I got them around about Midnight NST last year due to my timezone o.O

I'm thinking this may be a glitch. I'm not able to collect a second batch. Or perhaps there's a certain amount of time that has to pass between your first collection and your second. How long was it between batches for y'all who are able to collect?

I collected my first batch of bags around 11:45? I believe. So, over six hours has passed. Maybe your able to get them every six hours? Or, it might indeed be a glitch.

I collected mine a little after 9amEST...so it had been about 8 hours between the two times I got them.

It must have been a glitch where the information on whether you got bags or not wasn't reset from last year. I didn't get bags last year (wasn't even playing neopets yet) so I got them this year right after midnight NST. But two of them were the ones from last year I think (called Ghosty Trick or Treat Bag, purple with ghosts on) and the rest were this years, with the ashia on them. Then they reset it so everyone could get bags, and I got to get bags again, so I have 12. This time all of them are this years.

I actually got two from the Tyrannian Village- I went to all of the links and got 6 bags, but for some reason had double-clicked on the village link, thus getting it to open twice. Both windows gave me goodie bags, so now I have 7. =/

I was just able to double up too...so have gotten 12 bags in total...

I did get two bags that looked different from the other four, but I can't get any more. I think it probably was a glitch, and I'd report it to TNT without selling/opening the duplicates -- they've been known to freeze for their own glitches before.
