Wow, that's a really hard decision. I'd probably want to quit after losing my account and not being able to get it back but there's the issue and the months on premium still unused. I'd probably hang around for a bit (mainly while I tried to get my account unfrozen, that would keep me there for a few months) but in the end I'd probably just sit down and say, "You know, I may have wasted money but I'm not wasting my time too" and then I'd leave :)

It says when you sign up that it's non-refundable ;)

I don't mean to give them ideas, but isn't that a great way to make money? :P Get people to sign up for a year in advance, fooling them into a sense of false security, and then freezing them a couple of days later. :o

But if you keep them unfrozen, they have to pay to extend the payment for another year >:)

But what if they stop liking Neopets during the year they had already payed for? They wouldn't want to extend, BUT, if their account got frozen right after they payed for it, they might be addicted enough at the time to buy another subscription. ;)

Most definitely...I worked hard on my main account and that would really be awful...

Ooh. It's pretty. :D See all the pretty presents? They can be yours if you vote for me. Yet, none of you know me. T_T How sad. There's no way to get the pretty presents then. :(

Yes. It would have been a waste of money....
And I work very hard on my main account- I don't think I would be able to get back my np very quickly. :(
