I know a little bit of German, and I think I could get around the site pretty well. Only if I'm desparate, which at the moment, I'm not.

I wouldn't quit Neopets because I know enough and have used it long enough in English to get by if it changed to Geman. Although it wouldn't be easy when new features and stuff were created, to figure out what they are, etc.

I would continue playing, but much less. The fun of it would ebb away as I stop knowing what I was doing (ahem flash games). But dictionary.com has a translator that could help halfway.

I'm hardly ever on Neopets, and having it in German would kill off the desire to be on it completely. So yes, I would quit Neopets if it became a German-only site.

Ich habe kleine Deutsch. Dann kann ich spule auf der Neopets mit nein (other people) und habe gross neopoints auf (restcking)
