Maybe you have to have an Acara be the one to beat her and then go to the Gallery of Evil page (not likely, but is a possibility)?
Probably you have to (either having beaten her or not) keep refreshing the page, though.
EDIT: I'll try the mirror thing now...

I used a blue mirror, but any should work.
