Maraquan sidebar?

I love the Halloween sidebar -- it's the only one I really want (I have Maraquan but don't care to use it). Did the people who got it refresh at a certain place at 11:59 on October 31?

Yes, though most of us got it unwittingly because we just happened to be playing then. It was the first one, and, well, I don't think anyone really understood it would be unlockable. It wasn't at a certain place, it was just anywhere on the site if you happened to refresh.

It was also given as part of the prize for the first Random Contest. So far it's the only one that's been a prize for anything.

I'm just assuming it will be available again this Halloween, but you never know with TNT.

PM. We all had the Halloween sidebar the whole day of th 31st, and just as the day was about to end the RE appeared, between 11:59:00PM and 11:59:59PM. One minute window.
