Can someone please try this :
If you have a Grral or a Skeith Change your language to french , the french for speckled is Tacheté .
Type Tacheté into the shop wiz WHILE IN FRENCH and then buy something like Vitrail Tacheté Drapeaux Brightvale , Vitrail Tacheté de Fruits or Vitrail Tacheté Roi Hagan ( all under 1000nps )
Feed it to your Grral or Skeith and you *may* have the avatar , please post here if you get it !

AFAIK, Jestsams' are only unique in that you can feed them aquatic petpets - not outright everything and anything.

aliboy, I tried your idea. I changed my language to french and I fed Vitrail Tacheté Drapeaux Brightvale to my skeith. I got an avatar, but not the speckled one. I got the garlic'd one instead.

Are you guarunteed to get a speckled item when you get a goodie bag? I found one sitting in my SDB (year 6), and I'm tempted to open it for the higher resale.

This was lucky of me. O.o' My lab pet was a Grarrl at the moment. So I got the avatar with a party blower left in my SDB. *goes to see if she has more*
Edit: Seems like the Year 5 goodie bags are going up in price too, since they give the blowers and balloons sometimes. I'm gonna try and sell a couple of those now. ^^

No, the goody bags hold ballons and other speckled items (sometimes). Party blowers and hats and such.
