Maybe Neopian's and Neopets alike are using way to much hairspray .. I blame the Usul's!

Get your environmental disasters right! Hairspray has CFCs, which are alleged to deplete the ozone layer, allowing more ultraviolet rays through. They don't increase the temperature of the Earth, they just cause sunburns. Carbon Dioxide is supposed to cause global warming. Whether it actually does or not is completely irrelevant, of course.

CFC's trap heat and radiation too just not as much as CO2 because there is much much more CO2 on earth. CFC'c have the potential to trap more heat however b/c they are bigger molecules. But thats a tad off topic. Perhaps its the stock brokers car doing it along with the hair spray. Don't forget the factories.
