Quickref page not working? (Can't change Neopets)

Anyways, I was able to FINALLY load pages, but it's taking a couple of minutes for each page to load, and I'm not much of a fan of patience.

It took about three minutes for the main page to even load. That's pretty sad if you think about it.

Interesting....I thought it was just my internet being laggy as usual. Though the only problem I've encountered is not being able to access Quickref- then I get the 'IE cannot find page' page but everything is (or was fine). I did all my dailies a few hours ago with no problem and just spent half an hour playing games and earning NP with nothing acting up. :-/

I just tried to get back on the site, and although it takes ages to load the main page, once it's done, then everything else is acting normal, bar Quickref.

Aha, I was wondering what the heck was going on when I went to check on my auction bid, and found nothing.

My NP had better be returned. It's only about 4k, but even still.

I can't even get into my own user lookup, or pet central. I'm testing the bank with my interest (only 73 NP, no biggie), and I can't even withdraw that amount. I got into the site just fine, and I got into the AC without issue (my prizes were there for a change, too. Woo.), but now that I'm logged on... yeck.

EDIT: Erm, pet central loads fine. I meant the pets' quick ref page (surprise, surprise...).

Also... when I search for myself using the side searchbar, my avatar mysteriously disappears.

Nothings wrong on my acount.Well when I got my AC prizes,it wouldn't let me see what prizes I got but there in my items now.I feel sorry for you guys.

I recognise that TNT have a life, and it's the holiday season. But really. I'm seeing more and more reasons to cancel my premium membership, and very few things compelling me to stay.

True they are entitled to a bit of mashing up going on at Christmas. But there were terrible glitches before that.

I reckon they need more staff. If only to monitor the boards more (I keep seeing terribly offensive messages daily that aren't removed for hours if not more).

As for premium, I wouldn't touch it anyway. If the site's this bad while I'm not paying, I don't want to see what it's like when I am. I can't believe it would be any better. What people have said has proved this.

I'd rather have more staff working on fixing bugs and keeping the site running smoothly than policing the neoboards. But that's just my opinion, I have no use for the boards whatsoever.

I was toying with the idea of maybe getting premium a while ago, but now I think not. A site this unreliable is not worth paying for. Although it seems I missed this particular round of bugs. I just woke up, and everything is working fine so far *also knocks on wood*
