Gosh, I replied to a neomail without a problem (at least I hope he got it) but then tried to go to my shop and hahaha, no way, Jose. Oh well, it is all my fault, I am sure of it. The Neogods are shaking their angry fists at me and saying, girl, aren't you supposed to be studying for your class right now? And since I hadn't started to study, they decided to shut down Neo to force me to open that book.

Oh! By the way... I thought this was pretty funny. Any of you guys remember the NP glitch? (I know Morningstar does). Well I finally got a response to both my glitch reports today. The only thing they said was that the glitch should have been fixed now and that they were sorry for any inconvenience. XD Bit late now...

Wow, I can't even get a single neopets page to come up at this point. And this for about a half hour now. Hope they get it resolved soon.

Yes, plot prizes would indeed rock, but I don't think so (would love to be proved wrong though! )

TNT seems slightly off lately...beyond the usual delays and such. I won the neohome spotlight just before new years' and still haven't gotten my trophy, and neither has anyone who's won it since then. No new avatars coming out lately, plot prizes delayed even though all the results are in and posted....things just seem a little wierd.

At the moment I don't actually care if by some miracle we are getting plot prizes today (which I highly doubt). I just gave up and closed out of neo. Just too darned frustrating.

They really need to get it together. I'm the first to defend TNT and that they do work hard for us. But the almost constant glitches (shops/items/np disappearing) and the lag that seems to get worse and worse. They have to do something about it.

I'm actually thinking about cancelling premium. Not that I'm anyone special, not that I expect premium to be on a different server (that would be unfair), but at the same time, I'm paying good money and seeing the site perform worse and worse.

I actually did cancel premium over all of the glitches. I told them I wasn't paying money for something that doesn't work consistently. I also told them I wasn't paying money to be treated like an idiot who doesn't know anything (gotten several neomails saying basically, "glitches, what are those"). I don't pay money to be treated that way.

*lol* I got a response a few days ago. Thanked me for my information, but no mention whatsoever about my nps. Not even a sorry we can't compensate you for your loss of nps (which they at least used to write). You know that I just laughed, right? They should have something similar to the Tax Beast--the Glitch Beast. If he steals your nps or item, you get to fight him in the Battledome.

Morningstar! I think TNT should be in the Battledome...I mean I do appreciate the good work they've done, but nobody can deny their lack of service as of late. I mean...when whack-a-staff just isn't enough...

Yeah... I don't usually like to complain, because we have no idea what's going on at the office and they could very well have good reasons for all of this, but the site's been glitchy and slow, there have been no new avatars or DoN challengers or anything lately (just tons of fun images and buddy icons), lots of items have been announced in the news but never released (I've been waiting on this guy since early October), it's been months since the plot ended and we have no prizes, and we've gotten very few new pet colors lately -- and those we have gotten have been... lacking, to say the least (with few exceptions -- I've liked the royal elephantes and sheared gnorbu in the past few months, and that's it).

It's like they were bought out by a bigger company, who then came through and slashed their budget. We know the first part is true, right?

Which makes me wonder...if the site's frequently glitchy, items are missing, pet colors are generally shoddy, plot prizes still aren't here and there haven't been any more progress reports on them, communication between departments seems to have suffered (announcing unreleased items, that whole fiasco with the already pink Baby Space Fungus) and even premium members are experiencing poor service, then...just what on earth ARE they all working on?
