One of my favorite petpets, and I think the eyes and the posturing match the zafara well.

I keep looking at this and hesitating in fear of your price range. I like to live in my fantasy world of matching petpets where everyone can afford everything, you're totally popping my bubble. 
But here I try anyway.
This one was hard to match. More options if you're ever willing to shell out for the faerie petpet paint brush or even a pink one.
There are a lot of white petpets that are pretty cheap, the ghost petpets and snow kookith are ones I didn't add here.
Obviously lots of desert petpets look good with this guy and are pretty dang cheap. Geraptiku petpets can also be resonably priced and some pick up a few of the more ornate accents the ruki has.
These are the only grey petpets I could find that were in your budget.
I fell off the bus with this one. Ghost Hissi automatically makes me think Ghost Magtile, but other than that I'm stumped.
Starry pets are always hard on a budget. The plushie doglefox is right under 40k and also goes well.
But here I try anyway.

Hi guys, I've changed my mind (again!!) and am now looking for one or two pet/petpet matches to go with my beloved faerie peophin.
At the moment she only has an abonimable snowman, however it was my first ever petpet and I do have some sentimental value attached to it! Plus it's hugely aged so if ever the PPL comes my way... Eventually I will bid farewell to it and get my faerie peo a faerie peo:
I'm looking for colour/posture matches, as I'd like my lookup to look purdy (shallow as that may be hehe) and I figure I can always think harder about what kind of personality to give the other pet(s).
I'd also be interested in a pet match for the gorgeous kazeriu... maybe a faerie draik? Hmm.

If you're waiting for PPL, you might as well get the Peo now as the abonimable snowman won week 20 and I do believe TNT said that petpets can no longer win twice.

If you want to go with a watery theme, I've always thought the Maraquan Zafara looked elegant. They both have a coiling tale, so it's a bit of a posture match too.
Or you could go ahead and put the kazieru with your peophin... They'd look beautiful together.

It's not a perfect match, but I eventually picked a Soreen for my Faerie Peophin (which I'm still mighty grateful for, btw )
More for personality than anything, but I also liked the amount of detail in it - has about as much as the Peophin does, but doesn't overwhelm - very easy on the eyes. It's kind of hard to explain. I just kept looking at them side by side, and the more I did, the more I liked it.
Plus there's always the possibility for more Soreen colors in the future. And at a price of around 8K, it's very affordable.

A few otheres that I like that are not colour or pose matches, but which look like they'd be loyal servants to a prince.
