The Strengths of Faerie Magic

Fire Faerie quest for over 10k. Not worth it. Refused. Will I get a quest for my battle pet at all? Who knows....

Day 4: Soup Faerie 2 Str and 2 Lvls.

So far the quests have been well worth it for me.

Weak Bottled Light Faerie

Battle Faerie asked for Lyre. Only 439 NP, and I remembered to switch to my second labbie. Woohoo! I wish I hadn't been so slack about training lately; I should already have HP at 3x level, and then this quest could have gone to my main battle pet.

But battle faerie doesn't give out levels? Just +3 HP, +3Str, and +3 Def....should've been able to give that to your main pet for the 3 HP?

Daily Reward: Guide to Faerie Instruments
Quest: Air, +3 Mov for my battle pet for only 2875nps. Can't complain! So far, not too shabby as far as quests go!

But her defense and strength would have pushed me to the next codestone level (I would have had to train level to be over 1/2 of them, and then I'd be in the next level).

If you're just trying to get your hit points up to 3x your level (and not worried about training your other stats anymore), this isn't the case. You can definitely train endurance while other stats are more than 2x your level. I know, because Mr. P is doing it. I'll PM you his exact stats, but needless to say, his strength is definitely over 2x his level and he's still training HP. If that makes sense?

Plus, we apparently had this discussion last year.

Thanks, Pickles. Apparently her strength got over 2x level at some point, and I'm still training HP, so you're right. From now on, all non-level HP and defense quests will go to her.

(Since these are worthless now, maybe they shouldn't be a prize... remember when they were first released during a war and people were paying 60k apiece for them?)

Well, since I'm trying to balance the other labbie out, level's what she needs, and 2k is worth it. I even remembered to make her my active in the nick of time!

I've been getting the crafting faerie quest as a bonus every day, and it looks like it's something that would be there for everyone. Did TNT actually get smart and make her a daily instead of a potential regular quest? I've only remembered to change my language to Chinese once, but I'll start trying to be better about that if she's still handing out first quests.

I've also been getting the bonus quest every day. I did one of them, as I really liked the item it was going to get.

Daily Reward: Weak Bottled Earth Faerie
Quest: Earth Faerie, had the item in my SDB, +3str to my battle pet. Meh. I probably should be just giving those to my back-up trained pet, since 2/3 of the time, it'll benefit her more. Ah well.

... And another light faerie. That makes 3 this week, I think. 'Sokay, Anala needs the levels. At least this one was cheap. And I really really need to get back in the habit of training...

Tooth Faerie Ice Lolly

Earth Faerie today. Stream of Light for 1200. Decided to give it to Grainne for the 1/3 chance of defence (since I plan to resume zapping her once HP is 3x level)... and she actually gave me defence. Woohoo!
