The Eizzl was designed by Lizzie, a kid from the Make-A-Wish Foundation, on the day she got to take over the news. She apparently is also known as the Muffin Queen, hence the muffin.

I thought today's animation was adorable! The music was great as well. Surprisingly, I also like the prizes...This is turning out to be a good Neo day.

Today's animation and gifts gave me the warm fuzzies! Hearing that the petpet originated from someone from Make-a-Wish only gives me more fuzzies. Now the shooting star (make a wish on a shooting star) and the muffin make more sense

I never knew about that make a wish kid. So some kid wished to take over the neopets news and they let her? Great idea! I think the petpet is so cute too. It reminds me of a bunny piggy. I'd like to have one I think or at least a plushie version.
