Ug. Another useless hint. We all know that it doesn't matter what time you collect, as everyone that got the sidebar did so at different times. Unless the sentence preceding the hint is a hint. . .

A month or so ago I looked at the Coming Soon list... which I can't seem to locate now. Was it accessed through the now changed Pet Central page??? Anyway, one of the upcoming things listed was more sidebars and the illustration beside the information was a snowflake. Now we have the 3 large snowflakes following the Editorial's winter sidebar question and answer. Coincidence? Clue?

At the price they were last Christmas, I doubt everyone who got the sidebar had an Icy Snowflake in their inventory/safety deposit box... but it's a possibility...
But last year I didn't have the "Let It Snow" avatar. Now I do. Hmm.

I didnt have a snowflake in inventory, but I'm pretty sure I had a snowball.

The coming-soon-more-sidebars snowflake wasn't an icy one. It was either spicy or minty because it reminded me of candy. 
Something led to my receiving the sidebar. On page 4 of this topic is a list of what I did with "snow" items... sold, gave away, had in inventory, SDB and gallery. I also received snowballs during a guild snowball fight.

Oh glory, at least they confirmed the time thingy. You never know, it could have been something like "between :41 and :49 minutes" or something like that. Maybe if I keep pestering them they'll say something else for Xmas.

In the editorial we see three snowflakes under the so-called hint, I wonder if the requirements could be having three items with the word "snowflake" or "snow" in your inventory and refreshing or clicking the Advent calendar, or anywhere in Terror Mountain on the 31st? Or having three snowflakes equipped on any of your pets?

hmmm... 53 unique items with 'snow' in thier name, currently in my SDB... none of them snowflakes.

Should you meet the requirements, you'll be able to collect the sidebar by visiting the Advent Calendar at ANY time on December 31st.
Just in case people didn't check the Neopian Times today...
...did anyone else interpret this as "even if you already got the advent prize"?

The wording IS a little ambiguous. =/ But all the screenshots I saw from last year showed the person getting the sidebar event on the actual page where they got the prizes. You wouldn't be able to go back to THAT page if you had already collected for the day.
