On my birthday, which is also Chia day, my sidebar was normal all day(and I didn't get any REs). I would've complained to Neopets, but I'm lazy.

I found this kind of funny, first I win 10 codestones from referring people to premium then no more than 2 clicks later I find a codestone on the ground (and I hardly ever find codestones)

that's not normal referrals - thats premium referrals and she only had to do one
