I was lurking on the Neoboards earlier and someone pointed out that the colours resemble a lot of the various silver things on the site, pets, trophies, etc... I'm out for this round but I thought someone might like to know in case they wish to check for themselves.

You can paint both pets and petpets grey. I actually checked the Grey pets and couldn't really find anything, I checked some of the Grey petpets too - same result.

Searching for the MP is addictive!

I'm kinda thinking that it has something to do with the haunted woods... I'll go check.

I still haven't looked, but I did a resize of my own, and it looks like an eye...

I looked through the background images...didn't find anything that matched. I did come across something though which made me think of looking for something else. I don't have time to look, but if someone wants to look at grey kougras to see if anything pops up, that was my idea. Looking at one of the backgrounds, I realized that kougras have white toes while the rest of their paw is a different color...and someone here mentioned that it looked like toes to them. Just a thought.

I'm looking at the Grey pets right now, but the Kougra's paws don't match. Not light enough. Word on "the street"(AKA the Neoboards) is that it's a pet in one of the poses(circle, happy, beaten, etc.), but, well, you can't trust them.

I know I said this before, but now I am almost 100% sure it's an eye! If it is, it looks like an evil eye, with a raised eyebrow. Like in this smilie:
I just can't figure out where an eye would be...
I checked all the statue items, but no luck.

Somehow, I don't think it's an eye. It reminds me of a fluffy, one of those little jaggedy bits of fur you see on a pet's chest or tail. Then again, it also reminds me of a hoof, so...whatever.

I checked Grey & Silver pets, but neither look right.
