Received +3 movement to my battle pet. Meh. Not really necessary for anybody (she's well over the requirements for the permanently broken heavy robe of thievery), and it was worth a shot at getting some extra defense.

EDIT: This is really cool....you can use the Refresh Quest Boon on your crafting quest and it will change, I just got a Air Faerie Quest.

You need to accept the crafting quest, then refresh the page for the boon to show up.

Hmm, Daze, might that be a glitch in how the boon works? (I.e., might it work on any quest you don't like -- an infinite number of refreshes, in other words?) I don't recommend anyone test this theory (don't abuse a glitch!), but it'd be important to find out...

I don't think it is a glitch, as the boon works for all quests you get, even random quests. So if you get 3 quests a day, then you can use the boon 3 times.

Eg:

I have 3 quests a day - 1. Cookie, 2. Faerie Quest, 3. Crafting Faerie.

Firstly, I done the Faerie Festival quest first and decided to use my boon. This gave me a crafting quest. I declined.

Secondly, I done my cookie quest and got a Water Faerie quest and accepted it.

Thirdly, I accepted the Crafting Faerie Quest, refreshed the page (the same as leaving and coming back to the quest), and used the boon to change it. This gave me a new quest (Air Faerie) which I accepted.

Once the boon has been used, you can't refresh it again on the same quest as it goes away.

Edit: I think I know what have confused the situation. I did post in the Plot Council about using the boon and getting a crafting quest. I declined that one and got nothing. What I used the refresh quest boon on was the bonus crafting quest we all get. So I did not double refresh or use the boon twice on one quest.

Okay, I misunderstood and thought you used it on the same quest twice. I totally didn't even think about using it on the bonus crafting quest, so I will open a cookie this evening and do (hopefully) 3 quests (unless I get a crafting one with the boon...). Here's hoping I can get some HP for Grainne!

Bought a cookie (Only 50NC!), and got a light faerie - +2 Levels Good deal, considering the item was in my SDB

It also appears that I was extremely lucky. There were 667 available when I bought mine and seconds later, there were none!

Quest 1: It's the Soup Faerie. "I need your help, please! I'm nearly out of ingredients for making soup. Would you gather a Large Ice Creamy Jelly Smoothie for me?" For 2k for 4 stats, I guess I won't refresh. (Giving to my labbie.... and it's +2 HP, +2 D... exactly what Grainne wants! Urgh!)

Quest 2 (Crafting Faerie Request): [Grey Faerie] "Oh, look, another Neopian who didn't bother to complete my quest. *sniffle* Excuse me, I may go cry now. You are supposed to bring me: Cobrall" [Note: changing languages is glitchy... I keep getting sent back to Chinese. English eventually did "stick" again...] (also giving this one to my labbie... costs 1k on SW, but I have one in the SDB... and it's HP again! I know as soon as I give one of these to Grainne, though, she's going to get bumped to 3 reds, and I'm not getting up at 3am to lose my Von Roo avatar...)

Quest 3 (Cookie): [Battle Faerie] "Courage, Neopian. Though it may be a difficult quest, you will find it worthwhile. You are supposed to bring me: Lemon Scratch-n-Sniff Notepad." Yay, finally something for Grainne! 2340 for 3 HP and 3 defense at 2x red level? Yes, please and thank you!

LOL, well, I only refreshed one of them (the free "extra" quest thanks to that crafty crafter). Still worth the boon. And the cookie went to my battle pet, so that makes the NC feel more valuable.

Woot! A great day for quests for me! +7hp, +2lvls, and +5mov - all 3 stats I'm hoping to increase!
