I've been checking random things on and off all day. White items, black items, grey items, scrolls of all kinds (I had the same thought as you, stamp), various site sections... still nothing.

Have people checked all the caption contests and neogreetings?

throughtout the day i have checked...

Backgrounds, screensavers,, tcg, neopedia, all item at neoitems, a lot of the pets, the petpets, the petpetpets, Caption contest and the news ALL of it. And I am EMPTY handed

is anyone around that I could PM ... i found something that is close, but i'm not sure if it is exact (my eyes are going blurry)

I'm also around for another hour or so (in the middle of re-checking CCs -- already finished backgrounds). I use PSP to check.

I use Gimp to check accuracy.

I checked the neogreetings awhile ago.

Also checked out a whole slew of Kaus. I had a gut feeling it was a spotted pet because of the 'grey to white without a deviding line' in the top left.

Unfortunately, angelfish didn't have it. She wanted the news icon in the yellow sidebar checked, and it had similar colors but was too small.

I finished all the CCs. I think I'll recheck shopkeepers now. This one's hard!

I'm rechecking TCGs. They seemed to be the closest so far with no distortion or pixelation in a number of them. I wonder if they grey is not an actual surrounding color but something quite miniscule that we easily overlooked.

I've been thinking the same thing, so I've been going through more slowly than usual and paying attention to every speck of grey or white I see. It's kind of tedious, but I'm listening to the TV as I go, so it's not soooo bad.

Checkered pets are also pretty close.

i think ihave checked everything. I have been up atmost 24 hours searching since it came out and I cant find it. I think the sizing of the pixels are wrong.

Hee! I checked the same thing last night, stamp. I was extremely disappointed when the pictures turned out to be too small.

The neoboards are claiming it's an item. As usual, take that with a grain (or a whole shaker) of salt.

Neoboard poster (who claims to have matched it pixel for pixel): "ok its rare, in the sence its hard to find on Neopets" and "its an ITEM"
