Here's a question though- isn't the cryodrake a "retired" petpet? I know I read somewhere it's been replaced with the meowclops? I've only been playing for 3 months, so i could be wrong...

The Cyodrake is retired but is still alive and kicking, it sells for about 1.6 million.

It can be painted:

Red, Black, Green, Yellow, Fire, Ghost, Mutant, Pink, Rainbow, Grey, Island, Snow, Blue and Robot.

The Meowclops is a completely different petpet. :)

oh. My. Goodness gracious.

I got a cyodrake way back in the day... it was only about.. 200k! I only kept him because i thought he might with the PPL but was about 20 days short....

....wow. I *heart* inflation. Im SO selling my cyodrake.. i never knew he was worth that much!

Yea i've been saving up for a cyodrake (because of the dragon relation) But it will be a LONG time before i can affoird something over 1mill np again. I'm just thankful that I got my draik egg a year or so ago for the price i got it for (a nice neopian sold it to me for under a mill and a purple slorg i belive it was) I recently checked draik egg prices..... and let me just say wow...

But back to the 'plot' I really hope this opens up a new world even if it is lunatari island or a mini world..... I mean the boat doesnt seem to have very much to offer.... and has anyone mixed anything in the cooking pot and gotten anything back from it....... besides a burnt very sad looking orange blumaroo?

Well, if it is a plot, I think Orrin is in cahoots with Hobran. Orrin was locked below decks during the storm, yet he says that he heard a scream then saw someone fall in the water. But no one above decks heard the scream. I think Hobran deliberately steered into the storm so that he could "escape" (why? who knows...) while making everyone think he'd been washed overboard. Orrin helped him by claiming to see him go overboard -- Orrin may also have hid Hobran. Now that they've docked, Hobran could be wandering around KI... maybe looking for his treasure or catching a boat to where the treasure is.

My alternative theory is that the pink pet Hobran threatened was doing something nefarious. Hobran was onto him (hence the threat). Pinkie took advantage of the Captain overhearing the threat to set Hobran up. Then Pinkie pushed Hobran overboard. Hobran really did scream, and Pinkie heard it too, but Pinkie's not saying anything...

Not to give too much away, but the next Pirates of the Caribbean movie has Chow Yun-Fat as captain of a red-sailed eastern-style pirate ship, so this could be something like that.

I keep thinking of the book 1402: The Year China Discovered America and its descriptions of the Chinese treasure fleets. I hope they have something like that in mind, and not just one little boat for the entire plot.

Somehow, the idea of a chinese junk in the middle of a pirate harbour just doesn't appeal to me. I'd rather they move to a nearby island.
I agree that the next plot should be HW, since we've got a card expansion and everything, but a oriental/themed plot would be nicer. If the HW plot comes around Halloween, there's still room for a minimal plot before summer ends.
Anyway we lack plot prizes, cup prizes, staff tournament prizes and best-player-guessing prizes. I remembered the later at dinner.

I've been on vacations, and only came today. the 1st thing i thought was PLOT! and i really think it is because of the

Angelattitude seems to think the same way as i do. yay

so about this mahjong game.. it's really weird, this has happened multiple times for me -- it'll say that there's no more legal moves, but i'll look and there are very clearly more moves. one time i even beat that one after they said i couldn't! it's very odd.

anyone else noticed that?

I have a question about the front page of PPT. How does Evan know all of this about the plot?

I've gotten that a couple of times towards the very end, usually when I only have two or three pairs left. I'm not entirely sure what triggers it, but my guess is it has something to do with the way the remaining pieces are arranged. Next time I see that error, I'll try and get a screenshot.

I think it's because you are clicking too fast. The piece you are trying to click on is not available until the other ones you already clicked on clear, and they are slow to clear off the board. ie.

IOY
OYI

If each letter here is a different piece, you first have to get rid of the I's. If they have not completed clearing off the board before you try to click to get rid of either the O's or Y's, you will get the message that there are no more moves. Once the pieces clear though, you can still finish removing the tiles to win the game.

I wonder when the new plot will start!

Still no luck. All the thought bubbles say are 'Undefined' same with Kou-jong.

Can anyone help?

So, this might be kind of dumb, but in the news there was a random quote about waking up in the middle of a dense forest - so, assuming it is part of the latest...thing...that would imply some kind of forested area. Here's the wild theory part - if you look at lutari island, it is very densely forested. And, recently, the lutari talismans have come into play - you need a completed talisman to get onto lutari island. And since it said in the editorial that anyone would be able to get them, it is open to everyone instead of just those who subscribe to the cingular service Think perhaps that lutari island is the place where the person ended up? Perhaps that is part of this latest plot? I know people mentioned parts of this, but think this could be possible?

No, considering that wasn't a random passage, it was a quote from the Neoadventure of the week.
