maybe. Neoitems has 'by rarity' search abilities.

I checked all the items classed as "retired" and didn't see anything, but someone should probably double-check. I don't know how much stock I put in this clue, considering it's kinda rare to not be able to find a low-rarity item on the wiz or TP.

I have to take my dog walking (we're already late) -- hope someone solves it while I'm gone!

EDIT: A different neoboarder says he has it. " Not an Item... Its a retired Pic that you can't find anymore. U have to remember the URL of it." AND "Used to be a very common pic."

And this is why I normally don't bother with neoboard clues.

It likely exists on a page that was "taken off" linkwise, but it still is avaialble if you know where to go on the site (meaning it's hidden.)

I have been quietly sifting through everything I could think of but finding nothing!

This MP reminds me of the one where we found it inside a caption contest (a pet was holding a potion or something and the colours fooled everyone because the CC colours were nothing like the MP colours)

I have checked every random section of the site I can think of, and still no luck. It's 6:45 am here now and I have to go to sleep. I hope someone here solves it before the contest ends!
