How many hitpoints do you start with on hard? I accidentally hit easy, so I hit back and clicked hard. Does that take you into a new game? Or just back into the one you started? I had well over a hundred hp to start with. Either way, I found the books...lol

I guess I got lucky to find it on the second time around. I can't wait till Friday (cause you know that's when they'll release the next step) so we can dig up dead people!

"Bring out yer dead!"

Hehe, that would be kinda cool.

I died once, but finally found my books with 12hp to spare.

I now remember why I avoid Fetch like the plague!

You start with 175. You think it'd be easy to get the book the first time around with that many, heh.

Good to know...lol :D

Wow, Fetch makes my brain asplode. @_@ They should update that with Flash. But I found my books on the first try, with 40-something HP left. Phew!

*marries Sophie* Seriously, I love her. Her face is always so expressive. I loved the look on Gilly's face when she got zapped too. Annoying little squirrel-thing. :x I love this plot. *marries the plot too*

...Even if that Yurble does look a little trigger happy.

Btw flyinglizard, I don't think you need to keep your maps as we probably won't need to search for anything in the woods again...but you might want to do it just in case. Better safe than sorry, you know?

I can't wait for the weekend, I'm sure there'll be a big complicated step to keep us occupied on TNT's days off! <3

I wonder if the yurbles toenails are painted colours like yellow red and blue -lol- So many things to ponder so little time.

And be patient you'll find the meepits just dont forget to meepit juice them when ya do.

My guy was so excited on 7 he forgot to juice it and it ran away adn then he had to refind it.

Something about that yurble being BLUE... makes me wonder if later we'll be treated to the blue yurble being unmasked as "Old Man Carruthers! The cranky old orange Yurble!" to which he is doomed to reply: "And I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for you meddling kids!"

...

I used to play Fetch occasionally for fun. Something about that poor toadying zombie blumaroo makes me laugh.

Well, that was relatively quick and painless (with the exception of having to go through Fetch 3 times before being able to get the book). Thanks to everyone who figured it out. I'm in the middle of mid-term time and I'm studying up a storm. Was so glad to see that everything had already beent taken care of so that I wouldn't have too take too long of a break for the plot. (lol...you can see where my priorities are...;))

Yay! finally done...er...caught up. (I think the monster stole my vines at least 7 times!! I just wasn't getting it.) Anyway, Fetch was pleasant enough. *gag* Thanks for all the great tips and hints everyone.

does it have to be like:

Your master glares at you and says, "Servant! I need The Stuff!"

(which refers to the book we're looking for?)

and I wonder if Edna and Sophie are somehow related -lol-

Sophie and Edna couldn't be related. Edna was originally a human but TNT changed all the human characters.

Plot wise, it doesn't make any sense to have all these characters related - the boards went crazy with theories on the Brain Tree, Esophagor, Edna etc being related somehow.

Edna may pop up in the plot, but it seems unnecessary as we already have a witch, and she learnt presumably by the items left in the chest by Ilere.

Not sure what you mean. o_O

The reason for this is the one time i've been to a real maze that was the trick to getting through it. I've played fetch on easy a couple of times using this method and won but i'm not saying this is definately going to work.

That's exactly the same strategy I used. But the game's just disappointingly boring. I tried it once when I first started on Neo, and was so horribly disappointed in it.

But yeah, going around the outside was the best strategy for me - although my books were in the far side of the outside, so I ended up using about 75% of my points getting to them.

No. The books will be inside the maze regardless of what item it's asking you to find at the begining be it Ergy Paste, Grackle Trap, The Stuff or whatever.

Which is different than what they did in the old Mystery Island plot where you had to refresh that page until a specific item came.

I agree that this has definitely been the easiest bit of the plot so far, but playing that game annoyed mee! I ran out of health points twice.. Oh well but yeh found the books eventually. :o :)
