I demand a prise for bneating that guy it says Won click and no prize box. For as aggrivating as that was we so deserve something.

I hadda do it on my husbands computer because how my desk is set up I couldnt ove the mouse fast enough but his is wide open and was easier to move.

I know I am 4 pages late on this issue, but here is some clarification on the mod's post about finding unreleased prizes:

Anyway, this Roothless challenge is hard for me :x How come he can run through walls, hills, tree stumps, etc but we can't?

We will get something (prize images are in unreleased thread), it seems to be glitched at the moment - or because we have 1 more day of the dare, the prizes wont be released until then.

From the comic:

To those who made the cut, I have presented an offer. They are free to reject my challenge, and keep their winnings... OR they can square off against me. If they win, they'll earn a truly staggering reward. Even if they fail they shall get something... but let's just say their winnings shall be far lighter and easier to carry away."

Urgh. I dislike this game intensely. I've just had to re-start 3 times in a row because the helmet was hidden behind a 3-block high tower, and by the time I saw it and tried to dig down, it was too late. And then when I get to the ICM level, I keep getting caught, even though I'm going as fast as I can (jumping at the right time, using the bubble to roll over the goo, etc.). Just, urgh. I can't wait until I never have to play it again. That being said, thanks all for the hints you've posted in here -- they've helped me get at least this far.

Could anyone provide a link for the Dungeon Dare game? I'm not sure yet if I want to accept the challenge or not after what everyone is saying. Also, I'd like to provide the link in the first post of the thread :)

I'm not sure you can have a direct link. Once you challenge Roothless, you get a picture of the game in the top window (like for all the other daily games), but when you click it, instead of going to the game's launch page, it actually directly launches the game. But if you accept the challenge, you can still play the other two daily challenges, so why not go for it? They said even trying will get you some rewards.

Same here. That stupid helmet...argh! At least now I can reach as far as ICM without losing a life, even thought I can't seem to get out alive. I need to work on my timing I guess. I jump too early or don't use my shield in time. At least I figured out the keyboard instructions: at first, I thought it was H instead of X...kept getting killed stupidly. Ah well...

I thought that's what the case would be. I suppose I'll try it anyways a little later today :)

Oh, that makes way more sense -- so I'm assuming it's V and not U, as well? I kept hitting N instead of B for the helmet at the scoop level. I personally think the bubble should protect you from stuff, too, but that would make the game too easy.

I beat the challenge!! There isn't a price to collect as of yet though.

Gah! Can't - get - past - ICM - part (well, I did 3 times, with one life left). I can't seem to activate the shield/helmet fast enough, or figure out which I should use when I'm jumping. Do you use the keys or the mouse? GAAAH!

And poor Abi has been beaten and bonked about 1000 times. At least she doesn't seem able to actually die; when she's de-pixelated, will she still have the bruises?

Bleh, made it to the last level 3 times now, and each time the guard (who by now is invisible??) catches me within seconds. Its so frustrating just trying to get to level 5 too >.<
