Has anybody saved the older image for the Kiko Lake team, with the (now) injured Kiko?

Nobody? Duh, that Kiko was sure cuter than the peophin.


Anyway, I hope we get some part into deciding who wins. Otherwise it would be boooring!

I think it should just be them playing and maybe a staff member representing each team and they decide our fates - more realistic that way and then we just play the game to.... amuse ourselves

Agreed. In games like this, having skill is just unfair advantage!

But then, releasing the game and letting us choose our sides would just be... a letdown, really. They wouldn't have all this hype, and advertising, and encouraging selection of sides if we weren't going to play it. They would get a lot of complaints about that if they did it.

Although TNT would struggle to come up with a 'match report' of sorts, if they had a team scoring over a hundred thousand goals. Could be awkward.

Maybe it would be a randomly selected game - by submitting your score, you enter the draw, and the game released is the score that is gone by. Although that would be equally unfair if one team obviously outplays the other, yet loses.

I think it could have been intentional. With the whole Altador cup starting when the FIFA World cup finals are also starting (can't wait!! I'm supporting England ^^) so who knows.

Your scores get recorded whether or not you submit. I subnitted once, and once only, and my standings were 2 wins 1 loss 1 tie

I think the tournament will be seeded in one of two ways:

1. Completely randomly, like the official rules said
2. Practice round results

The practice round results would be calculated in the same way as the official ones, but they would make it seem random enough.

By the way, I think we need to have some sort of unofficial team captain elections. For instance, the Faerieland people would choose one supporter to sort of "lead" the others, in strategy and other things. No official responsibility, just a cool title. The Virtupets people would also do that, and the Brightvale people, etc. Just an idea.

BTW II: I figured out why the scores seem "capped." Every time you send score, close the window and load it again, or the win might not count. It's working for me. However, the game might get more difficult with every win you have. It certainly seems to be doing that with me. I've got 15 wins now and the game is harder than before, and the players are much more aggressive.

I think merchandise would be fantastically appropriate if it were always in stock, unlike other shops, and had a set price, similar to a prize redemption center after a plot, only with Neopoints instead of gained points. That way, both the poor and the rich can support their own sides without it costing a bundle.
