Has anyone found any more information about this game? I was doing a search online trying to find new news and I found a site that talked about the Darkest Faerie game and also this game. I wonder what the wand does? I wouldn't mind having a wand of wishing myself..I wonder if they can wish to be big pets? Or what?

I'll sure we'll find out more this week (as E3 is starting on Tuesday)

So far I've only heard it's and Action RPG with 4 different characters in ther world of the petpets.

A) Its for PSP, not PS2
B) E3 technically starts Wednesday and ends Friday at 4 PM. Monday and Tuesday have conferences (i.e. Sony talking about Playstation 3, etc)

C) Characters will probably be ONLY petpets

They main characters are Neopets, but they are going to appear in the petpet world.

Argh, if it's for PSP I won't be able to play it. But I hope the Neopet games are good and not too corny.

I wish they had the games coming to X-Box and Nintendo DS.

Nintendo's genius of releasing the "Revolution" next year just goes to show that Neopets isn't stupid. The company is releasing the console a year AFTER Microsoft and Sony's new systems. I doubt Neopets would go with a sinking company...though the DS has sold out in many parts of the world, that money alone is not enough to save it (Nintendo's ad campaigns cost more than the console does - about 78% of the DS sales goes back into their ad agencies). Their 'managerial genius' is probably their downfall...hmm, just like SEGA *ahem*

X-Box?
More than likely an eventual release. Remember, if it proves successful on Sony, we'll see the ports to other systems. First things first, let The Darkest Faerie see out its first full reviews by Neopians and other VG players alike. If it survives that, and the PSP game survives the same ordeal, then certainly there should be plans for ports to probably only the X-Box. I do not think you could port a PSP-quality game onto the DS, and that's looking at it from a developer's POV (my ex-lecturer at TAFE is a VG developer for Imagination Studios). The quality would be greatly reduced.

And on a smaller note - we Neopians may like the games, but other reviewers probably won't. The trick to that, is to not send flaming hate mail to those reviewers ^^;
