Yesterday I posted in the gloat thread that I finally got my 30th art gallery trophy... Today TNT froze me for Gawd knows what... I'm so depressed I think I'll call it the end of my days on Neo...

It says I used multiple accounts to earn neopoints, but it's not just me who plays the computer at home, my 2 other siblings also play and they LOVE to send my gifts and stuff to make me happy. The only other thing I can think of is the 185 TT cards I have stored in my other spare account, but that's because I plan on moving my battle pet and train him on that account after war so I stash all my TT cards there....Now what should I do? Can someone give me some staff's email addresses?

Not even the will express how sad I am now....

EDIT: I just counted up the losses, it's over 17mil in weapons and I lost my four pets as well.. Poor cuiteineo, cheweyii, kileirainbow and demon

My bro's and sis's accounts are also iced... I dunno when I should tell them...

Marinnai, thanks for showing you care. I can almost try to type a happy smiley now.... *sigh* I'm thinking of writing to TNT with those forms, but they don't seem to be very effective, are they? After another PPTer said they waite 6months for a response and all it said was the account was frozen for too long to be re-activated...

The whole 'multiple accounts' thing is a crock. How could you possibly make a real profit having multiple accounts (in comparison to actual playing)?

As many know, I was frozen about six months ago. I got frozen for using a cyber cafe connection (So did everybody who used any of the dozen computers there for neopets!) and think that it royally stinks. I filled out the report (only once like it is asked of me) promptly and completely then patiently waited for a response.

I finally got one.

Stampsye, I know EXACTLY how you feel.... I guess I'll try emailing staff about it if I can... Otherwise there's really no point of me being here without my account that I worked so hard for... I dwell at xerospin for the time being. It's the only account of mine that wasn't frozen...

When I was frozen... it didn't even give me a reason why. It just said to mail them. So I did, explained my account, and I got it back within a week.
Try the forms, do what you can. They do work. The only reason you hear about the bad events is that because unfortunately... they happen. And they do happen to the wrong people (but thats very often not the case). So... give it a go. You never know, get your siblings to do it too.

I would be very tempted to try an' handwrite a letter - the snail-mail way. It seems they're either far too busy dealing with the war backlash (and my 100k's worth of Howlers, I doubt I'm the only one doing so >>) or they're not training their on-duty staff any more than "Here's the freezing gun, have fun!" deal.

You obviously remember the majority of things in your account, and that of your siblings. Make a list of everything you had in there - pets, items, NP totals, the works. I recall the snail-mail way worked rather effectively for several users including Morningstar's husband and daughter.

And if that method fails, feel free to ask me of anything you need. I will be more than happy to support you

I still can't believe that just when the war has started, I had to get my account FALSELY frozen and now I can't participate...

Snail mail seems like a good idea, where do I send the mail to? I still haven't told my sibs that their accounts got frozen... I feel so bad

Be excrutiatingly polite, mention the gifts you received from your siblings and make sure to point out that they are your siblings and not you. I don't know how old you are, but it may help to have your parents write the letter instead. From what I've heard, they're far likely to respond to a real letter than an email that they may be one in thousands.

Oh Mokona I am so sorry for you and for your siblings.

I am going to guess that what triggered the "multi-accounting" was the sending gifts back and forth. If you all used the send to neofriend especially, and you're all on the same computer. As to the TT, as long as you hadn't scratched any on that other account, I don't know that that should be a problem

I know many people who do share a computer and do send things to each other, but I think they use the tp and send things rarely. Kind of a staying under the radar type of thing.

Get started on those autoforms, all of you involved. Explain that you are a family that shares a computer, but not accounts, give the account names, and any other information you can possibly think of.

And there is always sending snail mail and/or faxing a nice letter. Maybe one of your parents could write a letter confirming the people who use the computer?

Thanks for the address, I've already got started on the letter. I'm 18, I would get my parents to write the letter if they can speak English... But they're not very good so I guess I'll have to do it myself. The gifts I get from my sibs are mainly things from dailies, they don't take Neo as seriously as I am, so they often send over the faeries or coestones they win. Now I guess that was the MAJOR problem....

I use trading post to send over the scratchcards I bought to my spare, they probably think that's "using more than one account to make NP" offense as well

I need to talk with my sibs tonight... and find out if they HAVE been using more than one of their accounts to do dailies... But serioiusly, why couldnt TNT give them suspensions instead? One of them is 8 and the other two are 13....You're not going win millions from dailies anyway-_-

Now I know how it feels to get something you've worked hard on for YEARS suddenly taken away from you... It digs a deep hole in your heart...I know it's only a game, so I shouldn't be so over-reactive to this but still...

When writing the letter, make it as formal as possible is my the only advice I can give.

When you get your account back, and if you don't lets all visit the Neopets HQ with rusty knivesMake sure not to send things between the accounts anymore. If you can, not even to another neofriend. They automatically take that as cheating despite the fact they built it in themselves.

Say what?! TNT better unfreeze you, I doupt you'd multi for more NP.
TNT really needs to check on freezing people with siblings.

thanks armi and weewoo... I'll probably finish writng up the letter tomorrow when I feel less depressed... I'd probably not play so seriously once I get it back IF I get it back. You'll just get it all taken away again sooner or later anyway...

Neo has gone crazy! I think Adam has been eaten by a giant Asparagus Chia, and that the Neo headquaters are under seige by Doug Dohring Robots and more Asparagus Chias! Maybe the Chias and the Robots are already in, and they're ruining Neopets as we speak! Oh, the humanity!

Personally, everytime I've been frozen, I've deserved it. Except that one time...
