Sadly I can not even catch the Maracite weapon store restocking...Even now that Pirate participants can't even get into Maraqua, I still have yet to see a single weapon. Could someone please give me a heads up on when the store restocks or allow me to borrow a maracite weapon to get the avatar? Thanks in advance I greatly appreciate it.

The shop restocks several seconds after zero, depending on server load.

Just so you know, the items are all higher-rarity, and so the shop doesn't restock every time the food shop does. Just hang out and be patient. Use the food or toy shop as your guide to when shops are restocking, and use the stamp shop (58) as a guide to when the later shops get goodies.
