oohhhh cunning TNT. I bet they've known for a long time it was going to be altador and simply rearranged it to talador so that we couldnt find things ahead of time or something. I dont know. But if that is it..... im going to be really dissapointed that it was a simple and switching a few letters haha....

If that's the only site with news, it could just be a typo. Jerdana the aisha's card even said she ruled Talador. Unless Talador is just a kingdom in the land of Altador which encompasses the other side of Neopia.

and not to mention siyanna of talador... and... many, many other published/copyrighted refrences to talador. and about 4 editorial responces from donna.

also there's the defender of alador card and many more. i uess it's a typo or something of that sort

The art looks really cool. I love that tower the Acara is in. I wonder if the original art-sketch cards are part of the game or an extra in hte packs besides the game cards. If that is hte case, I hope they are still going to give out the rare item cards. I'm very interested in the constellation cards. I wonder what they do. I hope they add something about constellations to the site.

Perhaps when Talador was happy and perfect it was called Talador but when it fell into permanent darkness, the rulers changed it to Altador ??

Other sites with prereleases also mention Altador so it's not just that site that has that info (which seems to be from a distributor press release.) To be honestm, the years between the production of the PS1 game (which has a lot of relations to the base set) and switched hands to the development team of the PS2 game could possibly lead to a great deal of changes in the "important names."

that very well might be the case..... but another possibitly might be is that one website gets info from the other...... it happens quite often where a big news website like that basically copies the whole thing and puts it on their website.... or they paraphrase.... which could also be the case. This information might have come from even ANOTHER website in which the website we are looking at might have mixed up their own info with the info from another website. confusing enough yet? man im bad with talking my thoughts. blajsdflajdsflasb.

I highly doubt they'd change the name to Altador. It sounds too weird. Plus, these pre-release TCG quotes are always misinformed. Remember the Maraqua one mentioned sand dollars and other weird references?

And plagiarizing occurs all the time, so I'm not suprised many sites all say Altador.

Well, here are a few thoughts on that..

1. If it is a World and not the Other Side, it would explain why we've seen some "Spacy" like Royal pets (JubJub being one.)

2. Perhaps it is a misspelling. Alatdor/Talador? I don't know. We do know that Talador is on the other side of Neopia. We know a Enchantres and a Lupe rule there. We know the world will be spinning soon on that side.

3. Perhaps they just want there to be two same sounding names. Knowing them, they would for the joy and confusion

And by World, it is possible they meant the Other Side of Neopia instead of World. BUT!

The October set is going to be introducing constelations. So it is possible it is a World and not The Other Side.

Maybe it was Talador... back when they ruled. The Darkest Faerie came and decided to rule, and named it Altador.
