Pink Poogle Toy Forum

I am working on my bean bag gallery and everyone says I need a colored sidebar. I know this is a stupid question, but can someone tell me exactly what that means? Is the sidebar the yellow one on the left with neo buttons on it? or do they mean the scroll bar on the right?

I also would like to know how to change the color of the scroll bar.
And, where can I find cursors?
