Is anyone else annoyed when Neopets revamps pets but then leaves up old versions of them in other things?
I know that sounded completely incomprehensible, so let me try using an example: Neopets revamped the Lupe ages ago, but the Visit Pets Web Page has yet to be updated. You can also still find an old Lupe pose on the 1 year shield, in the Battledome ad, and probably a lot of other places, too. It really bugs me, and I don't know why.

It's just hard on them to go through the whole site and locate any of the old lupe (or whatever pet) images they have. After so many years of pictures- it's just an overwhelming amount. I'm guessing if we just wait- more and more pictures will get updated.

You do realize that they'll fix it once you mention it right?

I think though, with some of the old images on the site it does add a bit of nostalgica to the site. Especially with the old Lupe on the shield, I think makes a good symbol of what once was on the site.

I guess for me the nostalgia is outweighed by the fact that I can't have the old Lupe back. The old Lupe was dignified(for a cartoon pet), but the Lupe now has about as much dignity as Earnest from the Earnest movies. I know Lupes needed to be revamped, but still.

Yeah, I agree. Although I wouldn't actually mind if Neopets does update it or not.
