I had absolutely no idea where to post this so I'm hoping this is the right place *worries*

Anyway, in PPT's info about Premium Neopets, and specifically in the info Neopets Premium - What You Get it says that with preimum you get:

The ability to view the folders in the Neopets images server!


I have Premium but I'd never heard of this perk before, do you really get this ability and if so how can I see those folders? o_O
