Anyway, today I decided to put all my neocards back into my neodeck. Well, I added my first card and it showed up as a red "x". It says to remove the card and add it again if you see a broken image, so I did just that. Well, I went to go re add it and instead found a green apple in it's place

Anyone else having this problem? I emailed TNT with this, but so far haven't recieved a response.

A pretty common glitch. I don't exactly fully get it, but it's something to do with the fact that the apple is the first item created...or something.

I dunno, so you should prbably just ignore me.

And, last week, I saw someone on the premium boards posting about the same problem--she had been taking her cards out of her neodeck.

My suggestion is to write Neopets about it and list the name of the card or cards that got replaced by apples. You never know but they might just compensate you for the loss.

I hope they do give my cards back, as I had some pretty expensive ones in there 0_o

Now I just need to wait for TNT to reply. Hope it doesn't take them a year....

Well, the key is to keep reminding them of the loss. So write to them periodically about it until someone responds.

And be sure to state exactly what you are missing. I lost numerous items when the SDB was rolled back last November. I did get my items back (thank you, TNT), but only those that I specifically listed. Unfortunately, I didn't notice other items as being missing until much later. And, people who wrote about the glitch but didn't list specifically what was missing did not get their items back.
