How do you beat this game in under 60seconds?
The best I can manage is 81 seconds.

Should I buy a better cheese? I currently use Spicy Juppie Cheese. Are more expensive cheeses easier?

Nope, it's just luck. I can win or lose with spicy juppie cheese.
I usually stick with one action choice, and then if that fails, I move on to the next one, etc.
