It's really quite simple. I got frozen for warning people about the duplicating glitch.

So, I thought, "No Sweat, neo will understand that it's all a big misunderstanding..."
I sent in an email, wait a few days, get frustrated, send another one. It's been a week or so now, and no reply to either.

I'm just wondering, how long does it take to get a reply? Even a computerized one... I just want some sign of LIFE. :P

Don't keep sending they'll get frustrated, It may take a couple weeks you should maybe even try to send a personal one or do snail mail.

I've only sent two so far, and I don't plan on sending anymore for awhile.
Snail Mail? Never considered that, thank you very much. ^^

EDIT: I got by account back today along with an email! ^_^ I'm so HAPPY! Thanks for the help!

Thank goodness, Kittie. I remember your post on General Chat and was so upset that someone got frozen for that. Because I was doing that same thing that night--just trying to help people keep from getting scammed. Glad to see that Neo figured it out!
