this is my tags, could somebody check what is the problem here?

<style> body { background: url("http://www.auto-sfondi-desktop.com/music/manowar.jpg");background-attachment: fixed}</style>
<style> body {font-family:times new roman; color:white; font-size:small;} </style>

<center><img border="0" src="http://www.nflated.com/neopets/randomfriendphtml?user=rauven-v51-end_waste_mail.jpg"></a></center>

and i keep getting this error:

Hang On! There's a new rule!

You can only embed src files that end in:

.jpg
.jpeg
.gif
.bmp
.png
.midi
.wav
.mp3
.mid

You cannot use any variation of the <src> tags to embed files that end in

.com/neopets/randomfriendphtml from this url: http://www.nflated.com/neopets/randomfriendphtml

You may not have used the 'img src' tag, but this applies to all tags that have 'src' in it, such as 'background src'.

Can someone help me please?

I have no idea, but it does that to me too. I took my lookup from sepiroth website, and it continued on ignoring me.

I managed to set it once neopets ran out of excuses as to why my lookup was wrong. o_O

Even the wise cannot see all ends...

I can't see the image you posted at all. Maybe it's detecting a broken link?

Probably the link url is the problem. For one thing, it appears to be broken. Another is your url has a .phtml extension in it which is forbidden by Neopets. Try a simpler image host that doesn't and see if that works.

I believe Neo has this new rule that you must link from "image only" hosts. That could possibly be it? I think it was in an Editorial recently.

I'm no expert at HTML but you have some problems with it.

You don't need the inverted commas (only after an = sign).
</a> is a ending of a link but where is the a href= (beginning of a link)?

It looks like you typed the address wrong - did you leave out a fullstop after the usersname? It should be randomfriend.phtml
