I have seriously wanted the Punchbag Avie for a really long time, but I can never get the switcharoo to happen. What am I doing wrong?

No sid randomly replaces bob. But TNT has to activate it and they do that at a random time.

What do you mean by TNT "activating" it?

He appears in the BD for 10 minutes at a time, every third day, maybe twice during that day (we think). We used to have a tracking thread, but we stopped tracking him after most of us got the avatar, heh. If it does indeed follow the three-day rule, you should be able to get out a calendar and count every three days from that last sighting. But that only gives you the date, not the time; time seems to be random.

Well, if he still does appear every 3 days, he should show up sometime today (if he hasn't already) based on the last dates in the old tracking thread. I'll check back a few times today.

From what I understand, he appears for everyone every three days at randomly (meaning TNT chooses) times.
