This may have been discussed before, but I couldn't find the place it was at...anyways...on the Premium Portal, it says to see if you can find the boss button. I've been looking and I can't find it. Does anyone know where it is?

Not that I have premium or anything, but what does it do?

it changes the portal's look.. it makes it look like graphs and work related things.. as opposed to neopets and non work related things

i.e. quick way to cover up what you're doing when the boss comes up over your shoulder or into your office

When you click the boss button it turns the portal into a data sheet looking thing called NeoPoint V 2.0. It's for people that play neopets at work, and if their boss comes around the corner, they can hit that so it looks like their doing work instead of playing a game.

I've used it a few times while I was in class when my prof. would walk by.

I'm using it now cause being at college in between classes, I doubt it'd look too good if I were on a site "so young for me" *rolls eyes* Another's words, not mine. but the only downside is that refreshing it makes it go back to regular Neopets.

That's an option in Neopets Premium?

...Heck, I'd pay for it just for that feature.

Wow! That Boss Button is awesome. It won't work if your boss also plays neopets, though. But if they did then they'd understand the addiction

I can't afford premium, but the Boss Button definitely would be worth it. Right now I'm just hoping I can win another sidebar theme so it looks less kiddish.

My boyfriend gives me a hard time about Neopets because its "a kids site" Then I give him the "it was originally made for bored college students" excuse, but I don't think that matters. I saw that one of my groupmates had Neopets as a bookmark on her laptop while in class, and I flipped out lol. I think I scared her lol.

If Neopets is a kids' site (which it generally is viewed as, regardless of what it was originally made for), then so what? I say embrace it! I'm in high school (senior year w00tw00t ) and originally, I had stopped playing Neopets. However, I came back after a long hiatus (while missing all the wars and plots at the same time) and started playing again. Before, I was a tad embarrassed if anyone knew. Now, if people ask, I just go, "Pshhhh Neopets pwns." As such, I got my whole summer group (all high schoolers) to go back and play Neopets this summer. It was fun.

I don't know how many of you are still in school and I don't know if it's the same where you guys live, but it's not uncommon to see girls in high school wearing Dora The Explorer backpacks or guys with Spongebob Squarepants binders. I've even seen Neopets keychains hanging on a couple of backpacks before. So what if those are kiddy? Kiddy is in, yo! I'd have a Neopets lunchbox (if those existed...not so sure) if I didn't already have my awesome Pokemon lunchbox. LoL Maybe my school's just particularly crazy...
