I just recently attempted to return to Neopets. I've been gone from Neopets for a long, long time. I remember my password and username. However, last I played, they didn't ask for a Birthdate for log on and I never filled that information in. However, it is asking for it, so I can't log in. There is also not an email locked to my account since that wasn't an option as I recall back when I last played. Is there a default birthday they give you or something I can do so I can actually play Neopets again on my account?

Do you remember if you used a holiday or your actual birth year?

Is your account still there ? I remember reading in the news that some time in the future you would need to log in once a year or accounts would be deleted.

To be more clear: You don't need to have entered your birthday at logon before, since, as far as I know, they've always asked for your birthday at signup; that date is what they're asking for, in case you had any sort of default made-up one. Someone can try to neofriend you and tell you what your age is, and then you can try every date in that year...

I'm having the same problem as Wesker_Rasha.

I was reading some related threads and saw that some one could try to add me as a friend and let me know how old it says I am.

My username is: roganite.

I know my password and contacted neopets a really long time ago, but they were no help. I've had my account for probably over 6 years and would be really sad if I had to completely start over. So, I will to try 3 times a day to get into my account.
