Um, I thought that you could train hit points to three times your pet's level, but this apparently is not the case? I just tried to train and couldn't because my HP are more than twice my level. Am I missing something or have I just gone crazy?

Your HP can be up to three times your pet's level. OTHER stats cannot be increased unless your HP is two times your level.

Oh I see... er... no I don't. What it sounds like to me is that you can train your HP up to 3x your level, but then you can't train anything else until you bring your level up so that your HP is 2x your level.

If that's so, how come I still get this....

ERROR : No statistic can go above twice your pet's level (10 * 2 = 20). Your highest statistic is currently Hit Points at 22. Please increase the level of your pet first!

Even when I select to train hit points?
I'm very confused, I'm sure I'm missing something simple and obvious.

Where are you trying to train? I'm not sure if the Krawk training lets you get your HPs above 2x, or if it's just the Mystery Island training that does...

D'OH!! >.> Yeah, Krawk Island. How come none of the guides I read mentioned that you couldn't to the 3x level hit point thing on Krawk Island? Grrrr this wouldn't have happened if I hadn't gotten that bloody 4x bonus XD

Oh well, it's not a big deal really, since Two Dubloon Coins are about the same price as one, training just takes longer. And still cheaper than codestones. ^__^

I'm not 100% sure that's correct(about the hit points), but I could've sworn I'd heard that before.

I wish I could get some 4x bonuses....my pet cost 6 codestones to train.

Oy, I can't imagine how much NP those battlers with insanely high stat pets have to spend. I'm just starting out!

4x bonuses are awesome, except when it pushes a stat too high too quickly and you have to go up to the next pay level before your other stats are that high! :P

Anyway, it must be that you can only train HP 3x level at Mystery Island, I can't think of any other reason why I can't. Oh well, training level now. XD

Yep - costs me 7 codestones (and 18 hours) to train & I try to do one course a day. With the cost of codestones right now, those bonuses and faerie quests are very welcome !
