I accidentally put my pet into agility trading at the Mystery Island Training School. I meant for endurance, but I clicked the wrong thing. Is there any way to take them out of that, or do I have to go through the agility training?

Currently, there is no way to withdraw your pet from the Mystery Island Training School. I think you'll have to go through the training :(
