I was recently frozen on my main account for the first time. This time it was an IP ban. My account was frozen before, than I got it unfrozen, and got frozen again with 10 Krawks and many nice pets. Recently, I was able to afford my own Krawk again, a Fire one. Then a few days later I was frozen again. I've submitted frozen letters for both my frozen main accounts, because I did absolutely nothing both times ;o

My question is that, I'm IP banned, how can I get off this? Because I did nothing to deserve it. I tried turning off my router for a hour to recycle my modem, but I'm still IP banned.

Help? Thoughts? Ideas? Everything appreciated!

If you were frozen 3 times in a row, I'm wondering if you did deserve it. Not accusing, it's just odd.

I've never broken a Neorule of my knowledge except for putting a Christian cross in my shop when I was a kid and didnt know it was against the rules. =] Other than that. Im clean

I have no side accounts.

You could always use a proxy, but that'll get tedious after a while. -shrug-

Even if you are allowed back or somehow find a way, you should be aware that you are not allowed to have two main accounts. The last reason they gave to you was probably like a 'third strike and you're out' kind of thing. You can have one main with side accounts, but you can't earn NP or freebies or the like on any other account but your main. You should probably read over the Terms & Conditions and see if anything else you might have done broke any rules. An IP ban is pretty ... harsh.

It sounded like they weren't concurrently his main accounts, but I could be wrong.
On the other hand, being frozen unfairly 3 times does sound a bit fishy. Is it possible a sibling or someone else who might share a computer with you did something in your account without your knowledge?

I had only ONE main account when I was frozen.

Than, I created a NEW account, one account, and got it frozen, and now i'm IP Banned =/

Fishy or not, my first main account only had one warning, and that was an accident.

Yes, I have a sister, no she dosen't play Neopets, and NO I keep my password very, very, safe. Its in my head and written down no where =D

They must have a good reason for it.

Look, lets not turn this into an argument. Im ending all talks about WHY I was frozen now? Okay? I didnt Neomail, I didnt use the Neoboards, all I did was restock and play games. They had no reason to freeze me. TNT just hates me for some odd reason. I didnt do anything. End of conversation.

Use a proxy if it is legal to do so. If not, then don't bother. I'm sure they would not appreciate you coming back after that ban.

You can enable and disable proxies during sessions, but you wouldn't be able to browse proxy-free in one tab of firefox while using a proxy in another.

One thing to note is that you COULD use a proxy in IE and not in Firefox, or vice-versa.

You can do that, but if you can't, try a commercial proxy like Web Jedi's

I've been frozen 3 or 4 times, but never IP banned. First time I was frozen it was for scamming to get items or neopoints (except I never did that), so I made a new account. I was unfrozen after 1 1/2 years or so, but never used the account because i had already rebuilt. It was then frozen again and then I was later chain frozen on the account I had made after being frozen the first time (for the same reason). But that was a couple of years ago, so I really don't know why they would IP ban you. Don't even bother to email them about getting unfrozen, seriously, they don't care. But good luck getting IP banned.

I've been frozen before, but it was a total accident. I played Meerca Chase on a side account, accidentally sent a score, and got 100 np. They froze my acccount. But it must've taken some work getting IP Banned. (How do you know that you were IP banned)
