They mention in this week's editorial that it's possible

Nope, just glowing jelly has (a very, very, VERY slim chance) of changing your Neopet to glowing coloured.

That's cool to know. I wonder if we could all figure out the % chance of that happening.

I am curious as to the % chance as well. I'll bet it is VERY slim like the editorial said: I have fed my Tonu nothing but glowing jelly for well over a year and he still does not glow. :(
