i would really like a gold brightvale job couon....can anyone tell me how to get one? Or sell me one please?

You can get Brightvale Job Coupons from the Wheel of Knowledge in Brightvale, but they are given out rarely. You can also buy one from the Trading Post or Auctions, try Neomailing someone selling one on the Trading Post to see how much they want for it.
