my sister transfered her neopet over to me, she wants out of neopets. is there a way that she can transfer her points to me?

you can set up a trade. trade a junk item and get her to bid all of her np on it.

ok i've never done that b4. idk how does this works. will other users be able to bid on the item too?

others can offer but you can choose whose offer to accept- obviously you must reject other offers and accept your sister's.
although if it is a bunch of junk items I doubt others will be interested.
