I get that when I go to the LD Scratchcard Kiosk. Wonder what they're doing?

I'd like to know too... I usually buy scratch cards from the kiosk on Terror Mountain. It, as well, has been down for more than a few weeks. I assumed that they were revamping the area. Possibly making new cards and graphics. They'll probably turn it into an area using Flash... TNT seems to like doing that as of late.

They're still giving out TM scratchcards from the Snowager, so I'm sure they'll be back eventually. I bet they're fixed before we get our DD MegaSuperb prizes!

The scratchcards have been down for many months now.

TNT took them down roughly at the same time they took the Slots. TNT made mention in the Editorial about the Slots having cheats and they would be back soon. Evidence of them being worked on is the Highscore table has staff members only.

The rumour doing the circuit is that people were cheating on the Scratchcards as well. :roll:

I have no idea how you would do that, but there are those out there, that make it their mission to find out.

Didn't TNT say in an editorial that scratchcards going down at the same time as slots was a coincidence and that they were unrelated?

I think something broke while they were meddling with it and they haven't been able to fix it. I'm not surprised that TNT tried to fix something that wasn't broken. Again.

I found the Editorial, and while TNT did say it was a co-incidence, they did say the scratchies were down for "programming reasons", but as the site is over 10 years old now, I can see the reason for TNT to be updating such old parts of the site.

Update and expand or you lose money. Good business sense. It is only that we as users sometimes have to miss out on such things while it is improving, that most people think that TNT are doing the wrong thing.

Actually it's just an odd coincidence that the games that are down are gambling-type games. As you know slots came down for repairs due to cheating, and are now on the programming to-do list for getting fixed and put back up on the site. The scratchcards are being worked on for some programming reason, and as for Bagatelle... well, we've requested that the programmers look into that as well. Sorry we can't be more specific, but since not all of us are programmers ourselves, we really can't tell what's wrong with them (or, for that matter, count to high numbers without removing our socks). Don't worry, though -- we're not phasing out gambling-type games.
