There is this neopets account: blakelevioler (No, not my name, something I made up a long while ago.) I made this when I was six and get off and on the account every year or so. It seems I've completely forgotten the password, and I can't get it back since I couldn't submit email when I signed up. Is there any way I could possibly get it back, at all?

ETA: What? Key Quest Collectors? No, I've never seen those in my life. Someone's been on my account, dammit.

The only possible way (other than remembering your password) would be to try and email TNT.

You'd have to provide a lot of information about the account in order to prove it is yours eg, what pets you've abandoned and adopted, what items are in the SDB, shop, what trades you've completed etc. I imagine it would be pretty similar to proving an account that was frozen is yours.

If you can do all of this then someone may be willing to reset your password for you. There's no guarantee but I guess at this stage anything possibility would help.

That doesn't mean someone's been on your account. There was a a "glitch" for a while where unless you'd visited your keyquest collector's box while logged in, it showed you had a certain number of random tokens. Once you visit it, it resets to 0.

Ok, thanks. I've submitted a form to TNT. How long does it usually take for them to email back?

also if you do get it back send yourself an email with your password in it. I suggest storing it there because i know here my paper 'oh i'll use this as a password to this site' papers get tossed and then I have to go through the process of either racking my brain or having it emailed to me anyhow.
