I never log out of Neopets so when I found this I was a little concerned, especially when I realised that I was not only already logged in, but had clicked on the news page from the main page to recieve it. Does anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: I sent in a bug report and went back to the news page where it did not appear for a third time.

I think that's an image server for advertisements.

I hope that's all it is. >.<;;

On Tuesday Night, I had an almost exact version of that pop-up (it was Vista-formatted... -prods-) except while I was attempting to play the new Petpet Park Trivia game (it popped up just after the game had finished loading and as I was about to start playing)... because it was during a Flash Game I totally panicked. :oops: I changed my password immediately and haven't been back on Neopets since, my Computer has been acting up over the past week so I had feared that it was something to do with that rather than Neopets' Servers. I probably should have sent a bug-report however I was convinced it was just my Computer. It usually is. -prods-

Are those pop-ups ignorable (I mean, does pressing 'cancel' have a deteremental impact on your account... whatever that may be)? The wording seems a tad ominous to me. -prods-

The whole thing was caused by an error on TNT's end. You can safely click "cancel". It isn't a CGer and it won't take your password ;)

I actually posted a commentabout the same error specifically on the parkfacts game. So it's not just you. Something they changed with the site seems to be at fault.
Hopefully they'll iron it out soon.

This popup seems to 'pop' up every few months.

It has been a on again off again problem since last year, I made a post about it on the PPT Forum Discussion - Sun Dec 02, 2007, when there was a problem viewing gift tags.

The problem also lodged itself in the PPT Feed when I tried to view Neo images through that.

TNT answered a question about this in the Editorial this week :)

We were having some issues with the admin side of our images, which caused the oopsies. It's been fixed now, thanks to the heroic efforts of our programmers. *trumpet flare*
