Hi everyone! I would have asked this on the Neoboards, but since my son is 7 he can't post, so I'm hoping you all can help. We are looking for a list of the cheapest books in Neopia. We've found Faellie Tales and Grooming Your Faellie, but other than that I don't know of any cheap books. SO if you could point us in any direction that would be wonderful.

Here's a check list of all the (normal) books from Neoitems.net. You can search Neoitems for lists of the other types of book as well.

There are quite a few books that are cheap because they are given out by dailies or keyquest. Off the top of my head, I suggest "Attack on Kreludor", "Ogrin Survivor", and "The Secret of Treasure Island". They shouldn't be more than a couple of neopoints each. Most of the books that restock at the Neopia Central bookstore will go on the shop wizard for a lot cheaper, so if you look up the book titles you see there you may be able to get a bargain.

JellyNeo's Item Database lets you search by shop (so you'll have to go down and pick all the shops with "books" in the title), and you can sort the results by price -- and their prices are based off the SW, so you know roughly how much you'll pay.

Jelani's right about Keyquest prizes; as each season ends, I try to pick up all the book prizes that my pets haven't yet read. Here's a list of seasonal prizes with the current prizes at the top, though the Halloween books might still be discounted a bit. Other cheap books can be gotten from fishing, Wheel of Knowledge, and Weltrude's ToyChest.
