The restock are down. there are soo many good items to buy, yet you can't becuase restocks are down. it just says this when you want to haggle.

ERROR : You need to pick something to buy, silly!

guess karma does exist. I think this is payback for the night of unlimited restocks *bangs head on keyboard*

Yeah, it's annoying. But it's not as bad as the day when almost every shop had at least 2 unbuyables in it. The Meridell Petpet shop had a Turmac, Zebie, Gallion, Dragoyle, and Turtum. :(
